Dear Sukh
Thanks for looking into the entries and correcting the mistakes I made on pa.wiktionary.org. I am wondering about some of the changes you made to some of the links.
format takes the user to http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/format
while format looks for the entry on pa.wiktionary.org
Once again thanks for your help and all the good work you are doing for different Panjabi sites.

- Hi! Thanks for your welcome and welcome to you! :)
- The format link basically points to a page on the English wikipedia (or whichever wikipedia you want, just replace 'en'). If you miss off the first colon, you get format which adds an interwiki link on the bottom left hand corner (underneath the toolbox).
- The Punjabi wiktionary isn't designed just for Punjabi words. It's designed as a dictionary to explain the meanings of all terms in Punjabi. So it's perfectly acceptable to have English, French, German, Punjabi etcetera words but all defined in Punjabi.
- If you want a user to be able to see the English version of the current page, you add the format link (you should do this anyway if you can because it will help in making a Punjabi -> English dictionary and a robot will come along every now and again and add new languages). If you want the user to know the English equivalent to the current word, merely add it as a standard link format . You shouldn't really need to use the format version.
- If you still don't get what I mean, check out some words on the English wiktionary! Sukh ੦੦:੫੧, ੨ ਜੂਨ ੨੦੦੬ (UTC)
- Actually, it appears I'm wrong! :) The Punjabi language page should actually link to the Punjabi page on the English Wikipedia. For example, for the word "ਮੈਂ" you should link to en:ਮੈਂ not en:I. So yes, you original links would be useful. Sorry for the confusion :/ Sukh ੦੧:੧੭, ੨ ਜੂਨ ੨੦੦੬ (UTC)
